¶1. Mark Loutsch appeals a judgment of conviction and an order requiring that he pay restitution in the amount of $33,167.44; he also appeals the order denying post-conviction relief. Loutsch contends the trial court erred in ordering him to pay restitution for a victim's use of sick leave because the loss was too speculative and not supported by the record. He also contends the court erred in failing to consider his limited ability to pay and in failing to consider, as provided in Wis. Stat. § 973.20(5)(d),*fn1 whether justice required restitution to the insurers.
