VEASEY, Chief Justice: The principal issue which this case presents for decision is the proper application of 11 Del.C. § 3507 and the
trial court's discretion in admitting out-of-court statements of a child alleged to be the victim of sexual molestation. Related
issues concerning the competency of a child to testify and the constitutional guarantee to the right of confrontation are
also implicated. We conclude that the trial Judge did not abuse his discretion, and that the conviction does not suffer from
a constitutional infirmity. Accordingly, we affirm.
